For another $300, you can drop 3, and so on until you reach the maximum of 9 simultaneous food items. For $300, you can increase your limit allowing you to have 2 food drops on the screen at once. You cannot drop more food until that one is eaten or falls to the bottom of the tank.

For another $200, you can upgrade to pills, the maximum quality of fish food. For $200 you can upgrade to pellets which keep them fed longer and make them grow faster. This will not keep them fed very long and you are almost always feeding them.
